Year 3 took part in an incredible workshop this week. They learnt how ancient Britain developed from cave dwellers to live in community buildings.

The workshop was very interactive and the children learnt how Stone Age people worked together to build their homes using locally sourced materials including the earth beneath their feet.

The children showed great resilience and worked together to build their own Round House. They created a very impressive structure.

The children engaged really well. They also learnt a Stone Age song.
