From September 2026, school meals at Three Bridges Primary will be provided by ISS Education, who are taking over from Chartwells as part of a new West Sussex County Council contract. ISS will be bringing exciting new menus and a brand new online ordering system to make managing school meals easier than ever for families. Great news on price too, meals will be just £2.95 per day, which is 25p less than the current charge.

To find out more about what's coming, including menus and how the new ordering system will work, visit www.feedwestsussex.co.uk.

If you think you may be eligible for Free School Meals then check the WSCC website and apply today www.westsussex.gov.uk/education-children-and-families/schools-and-colleges/free-school-meals/ .

There is some further information in the menu below. Also the Parent/Carer communication is below with more details.

Parents will no longer be able to order meals through Parentpay and will need to order meals for September via the FEED app (powered by Kanpla) in August.

You will receive an email invitation in the next few weeks to join the app from no-reply@kanpla.dk  -  see example.  Please check your junk folders too.

There is also a short video to walk you through how to set up your FEED account

How to Set Up Your FEED Account

Once registered you will be able to browse the menu and place meal orders directly through the app or web portal.

You are advised to set up your account and place your first order as early as possible once ordering is live to help ensure the start of term runs smoothly for everyone.

Other features worth knowing about:

  • You can order for the whole term in one go, or set recurring or default orders
  • Auto top-up can be switched on so the account balance is topped up automatically when it runs low.
  • Multiple children can be managed under one parent account, even across different schools and year groups.
  • Invitations will be sent to parents before the end of term
  • You will then be able to order food via the FEED app in August.
  • Orders can be placed or cancelled, up until 9am on the day, so children can still have a school meal even if the order is placed that morning.

Guidance regarding setting up your account can be found here :
